Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had an interesting stay at the resort. The amenities like the heated pool and spa were fantastic, making it a great spot for families. However, I did experience a few service issues, including a noisy dining area and some confusion with room assignments. Overall, it offers good value for money with its facilities but lacks the tranquility I was hoping for as a couple.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The entertainment for kids was outstanding, which allowed us some much-needed breaks. However, the room we initially got was moldy and not cleaned to a reasonable standard. The location is convenient, close to the Iguassu Falls Park, but the overall ambiance felt crowded and outdated. I felt that given the price, expectations were not met, especially regarding the room cleanliness.
My stay was a mixed bag. The kids loved the pool and the fishing experience, but the maintenance and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Booking issues, dirty rooms, and a nightmare dining experience overshadowed some of the positives. The hotel has potential, but it really needs to step up its game, particularly with food and cleanliness.
My stay at the hotel was quite underwhelming. While the pool was enjoyable and the kids had a great time, the service issues, cleanliness concerns, and dining experience left much to be desired. I was really disappointed with the maintenance of the rooms and the dining options. Overall, I think there’s significant room for improvement here, especially considering the prices.
This resort has some great child entertainment staff who can keep the kids busy all day, which is a huge plus. The hot spring pools are enjoyable, but the overall experience was marred by outdated facilities and poor service. While the location is convenient, near the Iguassu Falls Park and a shopping mall, I encountered several issues that made my stay less than ideal.
